Boy rapes a 16 year old girl

✓In Samdrup Jongkhar a boy called Prakash Gurung, 21 year old has raped a 16 year old girl.
✓The boy has sent to the Samdrupcholing Dungkhag Court in Samdrup Jongkhar for nine years in the prison for the rape of the minor.
✓The case was reported by the stepmother of 16 year old girl.
✓The boy was working in the salon in Lumina Village of Pemathang Gewog.
Rapists shouldn't be just put behind the bars,they should at least experience the pain that they have given to that rape victim.
